Does anybody know what voltage is supposed to flow to the JR relay? It's listed as 12v, but I'm only getting 0.4v to it. This could explain why my car runs real rich all the time.

    It shoud definitely be 12V.

Check the connection for the relay wire and the voltage at the AIT connection.

Just make sure you check across the relay for voltage, not referenced to ground. The +12V should come from any source, and the ground is supplied by the pressure switch on the manifold. Ground continuity should be present below the selected manifold pressure and it should float (no ground) above it.

Are you asking about voltage to the relay's coil tapped from the "Purge Cut Solenoid", or the voltage to the relay's contacts running through the air temp. sensor?
The JR relay and the PCS should see 12v with the engine on. The voltage of the air sensor/ECU is much less.

I'm talking about the blk/yel power wire to the relay, not the true/false signal wires or the ground. My relay isn't "clicking" back and forth, and the engine is not running better/worse when I remove and establish the ground wire to the boost pressure sensor. So, I figured maybe I have a bad relay. Then I checked for 12v on the relay's power wire (blk/yel) and found only 0.4v. The relay's power wire taps into a dark blue wire at the 10-pin connector next to the distributor. I looked in Helms and this dark blue wire is not described. (By process of elimination, I know that the dark blue wire is NOT the signal or ground for the CKP, TDC or CYP). Anyway, the dark blue wire is only getting 0.4v on both sides of the connector. That dark blue wire appears to run inside the distributor on one end, and then straight to the battery's positive terminal on the other end. Anybody know what this dark blue wire is? If it's supposed to get 12v, then maybe my JR relay isn't the only thing that isn't getting sufficient power.

JR designed the circuit so that if there's no power to the relay, you will run richer - not leaner. A safety measure I guess.
Not sure about why any blue wire at the distributor is hooked up. You need 12v. Find the PCS wires or use your helms to find a constant 12v soure with ignition on.

Yes, I believe that either 1) my JR relay is bad (stuck on the false "cold" signal wire), or 2) I don't have power to the relay. Both reasons would cause my car to run very rich off-boost, which it is doing almost to the point of stalling at idle. Running the JR power wire to the pcs power wire or another 12v source is easy. But, I'm a little worried about this dark blue wire at the distributor that "should" be carrying 12v. When my jrsc was installed, the JR power wire tapped into this blue wire, not the pcs.
